Omega-3 Supplement Usage Guide
Not sure how much omega-3 fish oil your child needs?
Children under the age of 4: 2 caps provide 125 mg EPA + 200 mg DHA + 200 IU D3
Children age 4 and above: 4 caps provide 250 mg EPA + 400 mg DHA + 400 IU D3
Directions for children: Take 2-4 capsules daily with meal or snack. The capsules are very small (smaller than a pea) however, parents may wish to pierce the capsules and apply contents onto non-heated food, if there are concerns with swallowing. These recommendations are based on prudent nutrition guidelines; parents may wish to increase the dose.
