It's time for back to school with PharmaOmega learn™

PharmaOmega learn

When I was going to high-school, back in mid 1990s, I remember how easy it was to skip on Omega-3 Fish Oil in my daily diet. I was too busy playing basketball during lunch with my friends, instead of getting my omega-3s. Many kids these days may be the same, as they quickly scarf their lunch in a rush to meet with their friends by the locker room or to "hang" with them outside. And a lot of these kids just like me, are not getting the omega-3 their brains & bodies need.

Thankfully PharmaOmega came out with learn™, which is very easy to take. They can take their pocket pack of omega-3 where-ever they go. It might sound like a commercial, but these pocket packs are ultra convenient. Just slip them into your knapsack, pocket or even your lunch-bag and off you go. Just 2 PharmaOmega learn™ omega-3 soft-gels will give your child their daily minimum.  I trust PharmaOmega learn™ because its molecularly distilled, meaning its much safer than eating fish and best of all learn™ provides the most essential omega-3s. So with "back to school" season already upon us, any savvy parent should remember to checkout PharmaOmega learn or a similar ultra-purified omega-3 product. I would, if I had kids.

Antioxidants and Omega-3 Fats can boost cardiovascular health

I am glad that I changed my diet some time ago so that it includes fish, mainly salmon which I like more than any other fish. After reading about the Omega-3 fatty acids I was delighted to learn that I've added something so incredibly healthy to my diet. Omega-3 fatty acids are found in fish like salmon, trout, and herring as well as walnuts, canola oil, and flaxseed. The benefit from eating the foods just mentioned is found in the Omega-3 fatty acid they contain. Omega-3s are great for cardiovascular health.

A study of significant importance shows that a modest intake of Omega-3 fatty acids reduces the risk of dying from a heart attack by 36%. The study's co-author Dariush Mozaffarian confirms that by saying that there is "enough evidence now to indicate that eating fish once or twice per week, choosing from a variety of fish, confers a benefit as strong or stronger than any other food for cardiovascular health" (Parker, H).

I found one interesting video by a medical student explaining in a lot more detail about Omega-3 fatty acids and the benefits we could all get from their consumption:
